May opened with “First Exposures”, an exhibit of works by Students of Bard College of Simon’s Rock in Great Barrington. Participating students are: Nola Broberg, Maeve Dillon, Nicole Golden, Itohen Ibaza, Emily Paruolo, Clair Schock, Lorenzo Rivera, Sara Wallach, Eliana Williamson and Lucy Zipple. Led by former SR alum Michael Lavin Flower, the students submitted images for submission, filled out consignment forms, set prices and installed their work. A formal reception opened the show, and the gallery proceeds from sales will be donated to the Berkshire Regional Scholarship fund at the end of the show.
